Tinda (Apple Gourd) Masala

Ingredients

  • 2 tinda (apple gourd), peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Instructions

  • Heat oil, add cumin seeds, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add tomato, turmeric, and cook until soft.
  • Add diced tinda and cook covered until tender.
  • Sprinkle garam masala and serve with chapati.
