Tinda (Apple Gourd) Masala

Ingredients
2 tinda (apple gourd), peeled and diced
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garam masala
Instructions
Heat oil, add cumin seeds, and sauté until fragrant.
Add tomato, turmeric, and cook until soft.
Add diced tinda and cook covered until tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and serve with chapati.
