Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh okra, sliced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add sliced okra and cook on medium heat until soft.
  • Sprinkle turmeric, coriander powder, and amchur; mix well.
  • Serve hot with chapati or rice.
