Ingredients
1 cup fresh okra, sliced
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté for 1 minute.
Add sliced okra and cook on medium heat until soft.
Sprinkle turmeric, coriander powder, and amchur; mix well.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
