Ingredients

  • 1 medium bottle gourd, peeled and diced
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they splutter.
  • Add ginger paste, turmeric, and diced bottle gourd.
  • Cook covered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
