Bottle Gourd (Lauki) Curry

Ingredients
1 medium bottle gourd, peeled and diced
1 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower oil
Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they splutter.
Add ginger paste, turmeric, and diced bottle gourd.
Cook covered for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
