Grilled Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
200g boneless, skinless chicken
2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp mustard oil
Instructions
Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat a grill or oven. Skewer the chicken and grill until golden brown.
Serve with fresh mint chutney (low sodium).
