Ingredients

  • 200g boneless, skinless chicken
  • 2 tbsp low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp mustard oil

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill or oven. Skewer the chicken and grill until golden brown.
  • Serve with fresh mint chutney (low sodium).
