Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
  • Add boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, and toss well.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, garnish with coriander, and serve.
