Ingredients
2 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic.
Add boiled potatoes, turmeric powder, and toss well.
Cook for 5 minutes, garnish with coriander, and serve.
