Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1/4 cup grated bottle gourd
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
  • Water to make a batter

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, pour batter, and spread thinly.
  • Cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot.
